In recent studies, it has been found that there is a direct connection between working long hours and fear of many serious diseases. Some people claim that they work for a long time after working and then compensate for the loss, but according to the American Journal of Nursing, the loss from sitting for long hours on work cannot be reduce from any exercise.

If you are sitting continuously for 3 hours because of 1 work, then it can be dangerous for health.

Based on the recent study of 54 countries in the world, it was found that 3.8% of the deaths in the world are due to remain in the chair for 3 hours or more. This means that only 4.33 lakh people are being killed every year by this habit. This latest study, published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine, is done by San George University Zaragoza of Spain.

In this study, between 2003 and 2011, the Chair effect was seen in statistics. Leoardo Resende, the lead author of this study, says that in order to prevent deaths due to premature illness, a person should make changes in his behavioral habits. Studies say that 60 percent of the people sit in their place for more than 3 hours. The youth are sitting on the chair for almost 4.7 hours every day. He also stressed in his study that reducing the seating hours can be increased by 0.20 per cent annually in life expenditure.

Due to continuous sitting, most of the deaths occurred in European countries, Middle Eastern countries, America and South Asian countries. The highest percentage of this was 11.6 percent in Lebanon, 7.6 percent in the Netherlands and 6.9 percent in Denmark. It has also been mentioned in the study that if we reduce our continuous sit-down by 2 hours, it can reduce the risk of death due to up to three times.

That is, this risk will reduce to 2.3 percent. The most frequent seizure deaths occurred in Lebanon. Here the figure was found at 11.6 percent. Netherlands is 7.6 percent, Denmark is 6.9 percent.
